Soon it will be time to take down and box up all of the Christmas decorations till next year. Before that time comes, I wanted to share just a few more pictures of our home to wrap up this year’s Christmas tour.
I don’t think I have shared this view before so I thought you might enjoy seeing how the kitchen looks since we removed the bay window when our porch addition was built.
The kitchen doesn’t get as much natural sunlight but it does feel much bigger.
Our kitchen is in need of some updating so a new backsplash is on my home improvement project wish list in 2017. And some new lighting for under the cabinets.
More simple decorating in the foyer and a peek into our family room.
The house always feels so bare after all of the decorations come down so I am planning to keep some of the arrangments of pine branches around through the winter.
I am excited to also share that Christmas came early for me this year when I received a copy of Better Home and Gardens Holiday Crafts magazine in the mail. It is truly a dream come true and such an honor to see my joy wood holiday ornament included in one of my favorite magazines and with so many other creative and fabulous projects! The feature includes step by step instructions, as well as a template for the lettering.
I hope you enjoyed the last stop on the tour, sorry it was so late. From our family to yours, wishing you a most joyful holiday season filled with peace, love and laughter and very Happy New Year too!
